- Ensure the EYFS is being properly implemented
- Promote high standards of quality with regards observations and assessments
- Provide support and guidance on observations, planning and assessments
- Always ensure good practice across the setting, for all staff

- Promote a culture where staff are comfortable to raise concerns about other members of staff

- Promote the aims and objectives of the nursery
- Liaise with individual parents for any daily issues
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction
- Encourage parental involvement and support through the development of effective working relationships
- Ensure high standards of physical and emotional development. Offer support and advice to assist in the improvements of these
- Ensure all company policies and current legislation are adhered to

- Support and motivate staff
- Support the nursery manager with CPD and target setting
- Support any company decisions that are made for the benefit of the company as a whole

- Ensure the safety, maintenance and security of building and equipment is upheld at all times
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times
- Assist the manager with the efficient upkeep of the building and grounds maintenance, stock of equipment, furnishings and fittings
