Your child’s transition into school is a moment to celebrate but also presents some challenges in terms of fitting a new childcare routine around your busy work life. Our out of school clubs are designed to support you in adjusting into a new routine, and maintains some consistency for your child with the reassurance of familiar faces.
Breakfast and after school clubs:
Nursery welcomes children from 7.30am for breakfast (7:15 at GSAL) before escorting them to school. Our staff collect from the school gate at the end of the school day and return children to nursery where they can enjoy our facilities (including outdoor play) until 6pm.
We provide a light snack around 4.30pm, such as beans on toast, sandwiches or pitta pockets – always with a piece of fruit and a drink of milk or water.
We host a broad and varied array of fun activities during the school holidays for children aged up to 13 years. From arts, crafts and cookery to dancing, yoga and sports; we often draft in specialists to lead sessions and we sometimes venture out on trips to local attractions, cinemas and parks. Whatever the weather, we allow you to get on with your day, safe in the knowledge that your child is well cared for and having lots of fun with friends.
