We are an exceptional childcare provider with 9 sites across the Leeds area, running nurseries, after school and holiday clubs for children ranging in age from six weeks old up to 13 years.

Rewards and Recognition
Hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed when you are part of our team. We provide a performance related end of year bonus scheme to all our staff, as well as our Superstar of the Month Award which offers further bonuses to each month’s winner.
Every year we hold an Awards Dinner which is open to all our colleagues to celebrate and thank them for all their hard work. We really value and appreciate our staff – they make up our Children’s Corner family.
the Month Award!
Our Superstar of the Month award is where individuals are nominated by either parents, colleagues, and on occasion, some of the children in our care. The successful nomination receives a £250 bonus award paid directly into their salary that month.
We hold an annual Awards dinner which is open to all our colleagues to attend. This is an evening of celebration to thank them for their hard work and to recognise significant contributions made over the year. We really value and appreciate our staff – they make up our Children’s Corner family.
Work / Life Balance
We are keen that our staff have a good working life balance so can offer, where appropriate, part time working or full time over four days. All our senior leadership team have mental health first aid qualifications, and all our staff have mental health first aid awareness so that we all look out for each other.
We offer a comprehensive continuous professional development with a performance related bonus scheme which is paid each year in time for Christmas.
All staff receive paediatric first aid, food hygiene and safeguarding training within their first three months of employment with us. Regular reviews ensure that your salary is at the correct level and increased when you achieve childcare qualifications. Promotion opportunities are also offered where we see potential and enthusiasm.
