Wigton Moor Before & After School Clubs
The before and after school clubs at Wigton Moor are held in our own dedicated space within Wigton Moor Primary School and offer places for 36 children, with full access to the school’s outdoor areas. Children attending the clubs can relax and have fun both before and after school and can choose from a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities to get involved in, from board games to football, tennis and pool.
Here at Children’s Corner Childcare, we have over 20 years’ experience in caring for children. We provide the very best in childcare services and all our before and after school clubs are Ofsted registered. While your child is spending time with us you can be confident in the knowledge that they are always safe, happy, and having a fantastic time.
Choose your Activity
At the start of term, we ask the children to complete a ‘wish list questionnaire’ to find out what activities and resources they would like to see at the club. We then use these questionnaires to provide equipment and activities that appeal to the children, so they always have a great time with us.

Wigton Moor Before School Club
Wigton Moor morning club opens at 7.30am each morning, giving you the flexibility to drop your child off with us before work. Children can choose from a variety of healthy, filling breakfast options designed to set them up for the day ahead.
Once breakfast is finished, we get the children involved in a range of motivating and fun games and activities, promoting provoking thought and focus throughout their day at school. When it is time for school, we walk with the children to their classrooms at Wigton Moor Primary School, where they are met by their teacher.
Wigton Moor After School Club
At the end of school, we collect children from their classrooms and escort them to the after school club. Wigton Moor After School Club offers a fantastic environment for children to let off steam outdoors, play with friends or simply quietly start on their homework after a busy day at school.
We provide a huge range of activities for children to get involved in including crafting, reading, puzzles, board games and sporting activities, ensuring they can really enjoy themselves while at the club. At around 4pm we offer children a healthy snack to keep their energy levels up until they sit down to their evening meal at home with you.
Wigton Moor After School Club runs until 6pm every weekday giving you time to collect your child after you have finished work.
